Yes - customization starts from your brush design, not from a fixed catalog.
GrindX™ silicon carbide abrasive filament ships with diameter anywhere in the 0.3 to 2.5 mm range, grit sizes from 24# to 240#, customer-specified colors, and a standard spool length of 1250 mm. Lengths outside the standard are available on request.

How an OEM project runs
- 1. Spec review: Share your brush type, workpiece material and current filament spec; we propose diameter, grit and matrix.
- 2. Sample approval: Test filament samples or trial brushes on your line before committing volume.
- 3. Series production: Approved spec moves to production with consistent QC on diameter, grit and color.
