Yes - blend ratio is the customization that makes hybrid filament powerful.
Because hybrid performance depends on how the two abrasives share the work, the blend itself is a design parameter. We tune diamond-to-silicon-carbide loading to your material and pass sequence, then set diameter, grit, color and length around it.
Blend ratioDiamond : SiC loading tuned to stone hardness and finish target.
Diameter and grit0.3 to 2.5 mm, grits 24# to 240#, custom grit mix on request.
Color and lengthCustom colors; 1250 mm standard, other lengths on request.
